Hi, I'm Regina. I'm a mother of two children, a certified hormone and gut health coach, and a passionate advocate for holistic health.

As a young girl, I remember assisting my grandmother in gathering chamomile and lavender to brew into soothing cups of tea. I remember the cupboard containing my mother's relied-upon homoeopathic remedies. Remarkably, by age seven, I attended children' Reiki courses and practised mindful meditation. 

This early exposure has stayed with me over the years. It is the reason I adopted hypno-birthing and mindfulness before and after my pregnancies, and additionally, I incorporate monthly reflexology sessions into my routine

For me, the holistic lifestyle is not just a choice; it's a way of life that I fully embody and embrace.
